When you visit the website, technical data is processed so the page can be delivered securely. This includes IP address, access time, browser information, requested URLs, and technical log data.

When you use the platform, we additionally process account, login, plan, payment, journal, watchlist, scanner, settings, and report data where required for operation, security, billing, and the requested features.

wickeddesk uses authentication, sessions, and access controls to protect user accounts. If you sign in with Google or Discord, the profile data required for login is processed, especially email address and provider identifier.

We use necessary cookies or local storage technologies for login, security, cookie consent, language, theme, chart, and platform settings. Optional analytics or marketing storage is activated only after consent.

For platform operation, security, and delivery, infrastructure and security providers such as Hetzner Online GmbH or Cloudflare may be used. Technical access data is processed to provide the application, defend against attacks, and monitor stability.

For checkout, invoices, plan changes, and subscription management, we use Stripe. Payment data is processed by Stripe; wickeddesk stores only references needed for plan status, billing, and support, such as customer, price, or subscription IDs.

Scanner, chart, earnings, news, and research features may retrieve data from market and data-provider interfaces. AI-assisted features process only the content needed for the requested analysis or output.

Reports and journal data created by users remain purpose-bound and are processed to provide the respective feature.

Processing is carried out especially under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract performance, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for secure provision and improvement of the platform, and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is required.

Personal data is stored only as long as required for the stated purposes, legal obligations, or legitimate evidence. Users may request deletion of their account or individual content unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
